The Home Based Family Services Network (HBFSN) meets quarterly, at a pre-determined location in London, Ontario. Meetings are open to any/all individuals who are working within, 0r interested in, home based services. Meetings generally last a full day(10 a.m.-3 p.m.) with an opportunity to network after the agenda has been addressed. In an effort to make the most use of our time together, a meal will be provided to facilitate a working luncheon. Cost for the day is $10.00 per person, which includes morning beverages, lunch, use of the meeting room, all audio visual aids, and any hand out materials available.

An agenda is distributed prior to each meeting. The agenda may/can include: agency presentations, book/audio material reviews, an opportunity to discuss issues of importance to home based programs, and some type of educational program. An opportunity is provided at each meeting for people in attendance to identify future agenda items. There are sub-committees within the HBFSN: a conference planning committee, and a Web-site development committee.
