South Western Ontario Intensive Services Network Meetings
The Home Based Family Service Network meets 2-4 times a year at locations across South Western Ontario. Agency's volunteer to host the meeting which are open to all professionals doing in home work with families.
Our Network group is made up of several agencies but does not have a formal executive.
The Agency hosting the meeting works with Brenda Granger of Vanier Children services to provide a space for the meeting, organize the agenda , and arrange for a catered lunch.
Professionals attending the network meeting are asked to RSVP and contribute 15.00 dollars to cover cost of lunch and any photocopying expenses.
Meetings generally last a full day (10 am till 3pm).
An Agenda is distributed by email prior to each meeting.
The agenda may include: agency presentation, guest speakers, book/audio material review, and an opportunity to discuss issues of importance to home based programs.
